Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The product must have original tags and packaging intact
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by our team. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method only

Replacement

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product

You must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).
